EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

 

In accordance with the Brazilian law of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, in case of exchange or return, contact us via email willer@eumesmo.art within 7 calendar days of purchase. After we receive your email, we will contact you within 3 business days with the guidelines for the next steps to return or exchange. The customer may also choose, within a period of 7 days, to give up the purchase and request a refund, which will occur within up to 30 days after receiving the returned product in perfect condition, unused, in the original packaging and with the certificate of authenticity that comes with the artwork.

GUARANTEE

 

The artworks are manufactured in high quality international museographic standards. The eumesmo.art website provides a 48-month warranty, except in cases with signs of misuse or exposure of the product in inappropriate places with direct sunlight and/or rain.

All personal or professional information collected for the purchase and/or registration on the site is confidential and has the sole and exclusive purpose of processing and executing your order. Under no circumstances this information will be disclosed, passed on, rented or sold.

 

COPYRIGHT

 

All audiovisual works on this site are protected by copyright. Any use and/or reproduction, including screen printing and downloading, is prohibited without the prior authorization of the artist. Buying a artwork does not mean having acquired the right of reproduction or other uses, under penalties provided by law.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

 

We deliver all over Brazil from São Paulo/SP. The artworks are produced on demand. Shortly after purchase, the artwork(s) goes into production and is shipped packaged in reinforced material. When buying framed works, they are packaged with angle brackets, wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in wooden boxes. The deadline for the production of prints and pictures can vary from 3 to 15 business days from the payment approval date, depending on the chosen finish. Shipping costs vary depending on the region and finish chosen. The works are dispatched from São Paulo/SP. To check how much it takes to deliver to your city, visit Correios website. 

 

PAYMENT

 

The site eumesmo.art accepts the main credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, ELO, AMERICAN EXPRESS) and bank slip. The payment is processed by the WIX system and your purchases can be paid in up to 4 parcels, with no interests, using your credit card, as long as the amount of each parcel is at least R$ 100 (one hundred reais).
