What I do and why I do it:
For me, it has always been something beyond "what to do" or "how to do it", the important thing is to be doing something related to art.
And with this idea I became a designer, illustrator, photographer, filmmaker, editor, screenwriter, animator (and I've heard that this year a song that I created with my band still comes out)... For those reasons and others that I refer to myself as "arts worker".
I have the need to express myself, for me that's the thing. I don't choose how the idea comes, but when it does, it will definitely find me working. The important thing is to implement the thought.
Projects, Clients
and Experiences
As photographer, I toured Brazil with the biggest punk rock band in country, CPM22. I've been at the greatest festivals, like Rock in Rio, João Rock, Planet Atlantida and nearly in all major media platforms. I also had the honor of clicking other artists such as Donavon Frankeiheiten, Gabriel Elias and Raimundos.
As designer and art director, I've worked with some cool brands like GM, FOX, Kiss FM, Danone, Sazon, and some influential artists such as Edi Rock (Racionais MC's) and Pelanza (Restart). I also signed a pilot collection of t-shirts for Boomerang Camiseteria..
As illustrator, I cast about 20 book covers, some storyboards for advertising films and the scenes of a clip/animation coming out soon, later this year.
And as head of Tocahub, a audiovisual company based in São Paulo, I was able to work on numerous advertising films, with varied structures and fee$, allowing me to be screenwriter, editor, 2D animator and director. Running this company, we worked with some clients such as Panasonic, Nestlé, Amazon, YouTube, Johnson & Johnson, among others. I also worked as a freelance filmmaker in some works for brands such as Netflix, Absolut, L'occitane and Samsung.
My greatest recent pride is the documentary "Parou Por Quê?", by Repórter Brasil, which I had the honor to work in art direction and animation.
